Who it’s for
A plumbing business may handle everyday repairs, drain problems, fixture installations and water heater projects. We give those services a clear structure so homeowners and property managers can understand your scope before getting in touch.
The opportunity
Describe the work in familiar terms, explain where you operate and put the appropriate contact option close by.
Separate leak repairs, drain services, fixtures and water heaters according to the work your business actually performs.
Publish your service area, contact hours and preferred way to get in touch using information your team confirms.
A request form can identify the type of work and property location so your team has context before following up.
The approach
A repair page can explain the issues your team handles, while a water heater page can cover the installation or replacement services you offer. Drain work and other specialties can have their own place within the agreed page count. Contact details and request forms help visitors reach your team with the relevant context.
What’s possible
Choose the information and contact options that match your real services. Page count and any extra functionality are agreed before development.
How projects take shape
Each stage has a defined deliverable and a place for your feedback. You know what you’re reviewing before the project moves forward.
The first conversation becomes a written brief: audience, goals, pages, content, integrations, and what needs to be in place for launch.
A sitemap sets out the pages. Wireframes establish the layout of key screens. The copy gives each page the information and emphasis it needs.
Key-page designs establish the look of the site. Once approved, they become a responsive build with the functionality and integrations in your brief.
The build is checked across the agreed browsers and screen sizes. In-scope defects are resolved before release and the agreed handoff.
Structure and visual direction each include up to two consolidated revision rounds. One decision-maker provides a single feedback list per round. Changes to an approved milestone are reviewed as a change in scope before work continues.
The live website, source repository, agreed assets, relevant account access, and operating notes are handed over as set out in the project proposal. Third-party accounts and licenses remain subject to their providers’ terms.
One month of support after launch is included for technical fixes within the approved scope. New pages, content, features, ongoing maintenance, and changes to third-party services are scoped separately.
