Who it’s for

For heating and cooling businesses

Your HVAC website should explain routine services and larger equipment projects. Whether you focus on residential AC, heating systems, or maintenance, we organize the site around the work you offer and the customers you serve.

How your website can help

Help customers find the right service and contact you

A customer comparing a replacement system needs different information from someone arranging maintenance. Give each a clear starting point.

Separate repair, replacement, and maintenance

Organize AC and heating services so visitors can understand the work you handle without searching through one long list.

Make service areas easy to check

Show the towns or neighborhoods you cover, alongside any service limitations and contact hours you provide.

Collect the details your team needs for an estimate

A simple inquiry form can ask which service is needed and where the property is. Your team can confirm the details and next steps.

How we build it

A clear structure for heating and cooling work

The homepage introduces your company and service area. Within the agreed page count, service pages can explain AC work, heating, and maintenance, with contact details close by. Installation or replacement requests can have a separate form or contact option when that fits your process.

Features to consider

Practical details for an HVAC website

We agree on the pages and features before work starts. The website explains your services; your team handles service requests and estimates.

  • Pages for your AC, heating, and maintenance services
  • Service areas and contact hours supplied by your business
  • Mobile-friendly service pages, phone links and inquiry forms
  • Estimate request forms that ask for the details your team needs
  • Project photos and credentials you can verify and publish
  • Page titles, search descriptions, and links between pages
  • Optional connections to customer management or scheduling tools, planned and priced separately

How we work

From the first conversation to launch

At each stage, you know what you’ll receive and when to give feedback before we move on.

  1. Define the project

Clear expectations at every stage

Up to two rounds of revisions

The page structure and design each include up to two rounds of revisions. One decision-maker sends a single feedback list for each round. If you request changes to an approved stage, we review how they affect the project agreement before continuing.

What you receive

You receive the live website, its code and version history, agreed files, relevant account access, and instructions for running the site, as listed in your project proposal. Accounts and licenses from other providers remain subject to their terms.

Support after launch

One month of support after launch is included for technical fixes covered by the project agreement. New pages, content, features, ongoing maintenance, and changes to third-party services are planned and priced separately.

FAQ

Planning an HVAC company website

Can AC and heating services have their own pages?

Yes. We can plan separate pages for AC, heating, maintenance, or installations within the project agreement. Pro includes up to 6 pages in one language; additional pages are quoted separately.

Can customers request a replacement estimate?

Yes. We can include an inquiry form with the service and property details your team needs. Your team reviews the request and provides the estimate; the website does not automatically quote equipment or installation work.

Can the site show the areas we serve?

Yes. We use the locations and service boundaries you provide. We consider separate location pages when they have useful, accurate information and are covered by the project agreement.

Can you connect our CRM or scheduling tool?

We can review your existing tool and its available connection options. Custom connections, automation, and third-party fees are planned and priced separately before work begins.

What do you need from our HVAC business?

Start with your service list, service areas, contact process, branding, and approved photos. Share only credentials, reviews, and claims you can verify and have permission to publish.

What does an HVAC website cost?

A landing page for one offer starts at $1,800. Your final quote depends on the pages, features, and connections to other tools that we agree on; larger projects can cost $3,200 or more. Pay 50% before work begins and 50% when the website is ready. One month of support for technical fixes covered by the project agreement is included. Domain registration, hosting, and paid services cost extra.
