Who it’s for

For brands ready to bring their products online

From a small product collection to a larger catalog, the store should make it easy to understand your products and choose the right option. We plan it around your customers, catalog and ordering process.

The opportunity

Make the order clear before checkout

A useful store explains both the product and the steps that follow a purchase.

Help customers choose the right product

Give product details, formats and options a clear place. Categories and filters can help people find the items that fit their needs.

Make the next step easy to follow

Plan product options, the shopping bag and the order details around how your business sells. A catalog can lead to an inquiry when a purchase needs a conversation first.

Set delivery and payment expectations

Explain the delivery options, payment steps and any customer input required. Your business confirms the rules before they become part of the order flow.

The approach

From a product page to a complete order

The product page explains the offer. Format choices and order fields collect the right information. Delivery and payment connections follow the process agreed for your business. For products that need a conversation first, a catalog can lead to an inquiry instead of immediate checkout.

What’s possible

Choose the features your store needs

Page count, product information and integrations are agreed in your proposal. Payment and delivery options depend on your business and the selected providers.

  • Product pages, categories and filters appropriate to your catalog
  • Order fields matched to product formats and customer choices
  • Checkout or a product inquiry flow suited to your sales process
  • Delivery options and payment connections agreed for the project
  • Responsive product and order pages
  • Search setup for public product and category pages
  • Source code, agreed assets and operating notes at handoff

How projects take shape

From the first conversation to launch

Each stage has a defined deliverable and a place for your feedback. You know what you’re reviewing before the project moves forward.

  1. Define the project

The first conversation becomes a written brief: audience, goals, pages, content, integrations, and what needs to be in place for launch.

    Deliverables and your part
    You receive
An agreed brief and milestone plan.
    Your part
Business details, existing assets, website context, required access, and one person to approve the work.
  2. Plan the pages and content

A sitemap sets out the pages. Wireframes establish the layout of key screens. The copy gives each page the information and emphasis it needs.

    Deliverables and your part
    You receive
An approved sitemap, wireframes, and content direction.
    Your part
Consolidated feedback on priorities, accuracy, and missing content.
  3. Design and build

Key-page designs establish the look of the site. Once approved, they become a responsive build with the functionality and integrations in your brief.

    Deliverables and your part
    You receive
Approved key-page designs and a working responsive website.
    Your part
Consolidated milestone feedback, final content, and the access needed for development.
  4. Test, launch, and hand off

The build is checked across the agreed browsers and screen sizes. In-scope defects are resolved before release and the agreed handoff.

    Deliverables and your part
    You receive
A launch-ready website, source repository, agreed assets and access, and operating notes.
    Your part
Final approval and access to the domain, hosting, and third-party services needed for launch.

Clear expectations at every stage

Up to two rounds of revisions

Structure and visual direction each include up to two consolidated revision rounds. One decision-maker provides a single feedback list per round. Changes to an approved milestone are reviewed as a change in scope before work continues.

An agreed handoff

The live website, source repository, agreed assets, relevant account access, and operating notes are handed over as set out in the project proposal. Third-party accounts and licenses remain subject to their providers’ terms.

Support after launch

One month of support after launch is included for technical fixes within the approved scope. New pages, content, features, ongoing maintenance, and changes to third-party services are scoped separately.

FAQ

Planning your online store

Can you build a catalog without online checkout?

Yes. Product pages can lead to an inquiry when you need to confirm availability, options or a quote before taking an order. We agree the sales process and scope before development.

Can the store connect to a payment provider?

We review the provider, supported connection options and the requirements for your business. Payment availability depends on your account and provider; integrations and paid services are scoped separately.

How are delivery options planned?

You provide the delivery rules, destinations and any services you already use. We agree which details the order needs and which connections are included before work starts.

Can you build a store like the MARGEN concept?

Yes. The concept is a starting point for the visual direction and shopping experience. We adapt the design to your brand and products, then agree the catalog, checkout and integrations in your project scope. The demo does not process real payments.

What should our business provide?

Share your product information, approved prices and photos, delivery rules and current ordering process. MalixCode develops the structure and copy from your business facts; you review them for accuracy.

How much does an online store cost?

Product landing pages start from $1,800. A full online store is quoted separately based on the catalog, checkout and integrations you need. Payment is 50% before work starts and 50% when ready. One month of support for in-scope technical fixes is included; domain, hosting and paid services are separate.
